2. Using a Smartphone to record your audio message. For instance, the iPhone has the Voice Memo app. You can record your feedback and email it to oncepodcast [at] gmail [dot] com.
3. Record an mp3 on your computer and emailing it to oncepodcast [at] gmail [dot] com.
4. Using the website Vocaroo to record your message and email it to oncepodcast [at] gmail [dot] com. Note: Keep in mind, you would need a microphone and (I would suggest) headphones (or earbuds) to record.
5. Purchase an International Phone Card.

I use an app called DropBox. There is a public file folder that you can drop your audio file into that you record on your PC or smartphone. Then you just have to copy the link and send that via email to you. That would be helpful for not congesting your inbox with all those megabytes!
