OUAT – Testing Audio Boo for OUAT Paley Center event audio reports

Hi everyone. For our adventures tomorrow heading down to the Paley Center event, we will try something new.

On my iphone, I have an app called Audio Boo. It allows me to record a 5 minute audio clip, then when I post it to the OUAT Fan Podcast Audio Boo page on their site, it will also post it to the OUAT Fan Podcast Twitter account (@ouatpodcast).

If you are following @ouatpodcast on Twitter, you will be able to access the audio clips (and listen, if you have an internet connection) I post there. The initial test tomorrow will be the clips I will post there during our journey to and experiencing the Paley Center Once Upon a Time event.

Now, it has been my experience that I will need a fast 3G connection or Wi-Fi to upload the Audio Boo files to Twitter, so tomorrow you may see some post here and there on Twitter throughout the afternoon or maybe they will all show up when we get home later in the afternoon. I just want to set expectations on how this might work.

I do love trying new things, but there are headaches with these experiments, so be aware of that, and please be patient.

Dave from Michigan mentioned a great way to use the Audio Boo setup for those wanting to send in feedback to the podcast, but we will discuss this later. Once experiment at a time. 🙂
