The first time we saw the Storybrooke Tree was on the Sheriff’s cruiser.
The second time we saw it was when Graham gave Emma her Badge.
Most recently we saw it appear in the Nolan’s house in ‘Skin Deep’ in their dinning room.
Does does this tree, relate back to the the Magic Tree, we learned about in the Pilot?.
The same Magic tree that baby Emma was put into, the same tree Rumplesiltskin’s jail was made out of?
What could the Storybrooke Tree mean?

I might be wrong, but wasn’t there a tree that look very similar to this at the well? I need to go back and watch.

Being a town, Storybrooke would not have a Sheriff. Sheriffs are law officers at the COUNTY level. Instead, it would have a Town MARSHAL.
I can’t believe that nobody caught this.
