OUAT – Tell us how you Introduced someone to Once Upon a Time

I’ve seen many Tweets over the past few weeks telling me how people are introducing others to Once Upon a Time. If you did, we want to hear your stories.

How did you introduce someone to OUAT? What did they say during and after the Pilot? Did they make you play 2, 3 or 4 more episodes? Did they ask to borrow your Blu-Ray (and left their iPhone in trade?)? Did you drive them to buy their own?

Or the flip side, did the person you introduced OUAT to not like it? Still confused by it after watching a few episodes?

We want to know all your stories.

We will have some time for some live call-ins this Saturday, so let me know if you’d like to call. We would love to congratulate a new Oncer live on the podcast, too.

I work out in a group session at a personal trainer’s. One Monday last winter I invited my work-out partner over for dinner after our session. I cooked dinner and put on an episode of Once to try to lure her in. Things were going well: me explaining things, she asking questions, until I got major back pains and ended up balled up on the floor.and went to the hospital. It turned out to be a kidney stone. I haven’t tried to introduce anyone since: too risky.

I would talk about at lunch on Tuesdays about the show to a couple others. Then while walking back to the classroom I would discuss what I hear on your podcast. I just talked about it. But I recently ran into the person I had been talking to and they used ABC streaming and watched the episodes. And are hook! But in turn the hooked me into Grimm. So it was a decent trade. She got the better end of the trade. With many many great Characters. Grimm has a few but Story brook can take on Grimm any day!
