From the OUAT Fan Podcast Deputy Desk:
In the episode True North, we were introduced to an over-worked town records clerk by the name of Mr. Krzyszkowski or Mr. K
Does he have a fairy tale land counterpart? Or does he only exist in Storybrooke and is just a very hardworking government employee?

Mad Hatter?
No the mad hatter comes later on in the series. here’s a link https://www.google.dk/search?q=mad+hatter&biw=971&bih=544&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAWoVChMI25uf-bv8xwIVROgsCh1nbQRU#tbm=isch&q=once+upon+a+time+mad+hatter+&imgrc=QaXOspWIkk2J0M%3A
But I also wonder who Mr. K is, maybe one of the dwarfs?? If not I really dont have a clue.
I could have sworn that this subject came up again in the season 5 premiere. In the opening scene, as little Emma is entering the theater showing The Sword In The Stone, the dialogue is playing in the background:
Archimedes to Merlin: “Merlin, Look, I’m a squire”
Merlin:”Oh uh, Very nice, boy. Yes indeed. A fine monkey suit for polishing boots. A stooge for that big lug *Kay*(?) “But Kay’s got to have a sword”
(Jump to next scene)
Arthur, Lancelot and Percival ride up to a “Sir Kay” who has arrived to the sword in the stone first and attempts to remove the sword and disintegrates into ash. According to Disney, Sir Kay is the older foster brother of Arthur and son of Ector.
Could this be our mysterious Mr Kay?
It would be an ironic twist that they retconned Regina to do in the initial curse, make an annoying bully in FTL into a guy schlepping documents in Storybrooke.
Yeah, I guess he was dead before the first Dark Curse even hit….
So the mystery of Mr. K marches on…..
