Our Steveston Bluebirds have been chirping again-

If you’re interested in buying the Storybrooke Public Library (aka Nikka Fishing & Marine), it’s going to close at the end of Oct and up for sale.

Here is the link to the article.

According to our local papers, the city is looking at the Nikka building … now get this … as a possible site for the Steveston Library expansion

Looks like the Sheriff’s office was moved to Steveston (well at least the exterior wall). Sheriff’s exterior wall ‘story front’ built in the parking lot behind the Purbeck building.
Also it looked like Pajos Fish & Chip (floating dock on the waterfront) had become Storybrooke Fish & Chips and around the same time, there was filming inside Tapenade Bistro … you may recognize the interior if it made the cut.

At least some of the filming of the Cedar Cove series is filmed in North Vancouver’s Deep Cove area (same cove where Grumpy had his sailboat moored).

Honeymoon house (Rumple & Belle) .. looks a lot like the Cecil Green House on the University of British Columbia campus. Attached pictures for your judgement.

Here’s a picture of ‘Any Given Sundae’ taken mid-July …. as you can see through the doorway that it’s still being used as prop storage as was the case when it was the ‘Storybrooke Pet Shelter’. The ‘Chop Shop’ is right next to the ‘Duperre & Hughes’ law office (a Japanese fusion restaurant in real life & formerly the ‘Tandoori’ East Indian restaurant) . The ‘Chop Shop’ is signage only as the doorway leads inside to several separate offices, one being a dentist so maybe aptly named.

Any Given Sundae

The usual buildings have been changed along with the Storybrooke Cannery making an infrequent appearance.

We noticed a large ‘for sale’ sign for the building housing Granny’s Diner … interested? I think it’s a heritage building so not much can be changed to the exterior of it.

The way it’s going, OUAT may have to buy out the whole village.

What do you think about the Producers not including them in the final episode? Is this a problem?

Email points:

Hello guys! I’m soo happy you guys are back!! This hiatus has been really long (Although Ironically I’ve never been without a show it’s something weird that happened but still) I’m so happy to have the show back and to have you guys back doing episode analysis. I love you guys opinions and it makes my day to listen to the podcasts!

I’m still not sure if we imagined the episode because it was just soo perfect I have no words for it.. Charming/Anna, Captain Charming, Captain Swan, Frozen Swan, Mama Mayor…Everything was glorious! Bravo Jane Bravo!

Captain Charming / Daddy Charming

So both Charming and Hook’s fathers abandoned them. Were cowards. And yet they became the men they did.

Overprotective charming is the best, he’s not being patriarchal or anything he’s being an overprotective father. He wants to know that his little girl is in good hands and deep down he knows she is.. I mean come on Killian is his BFF but it’s his duty as Emma’s dad to ask the question.. I saw it more as Charming confirming what he already knew, that Killian loves his daughter above all else..

(Charming giving Killian (THE NOD )

(Also remember back in Tallahassee where he said “I risked my own safety to help you” yep it’s been there the whole time)

Killian isn’t thinking rationally he just wants to get her out of there and it’s a great parallel to 3×01 where Charming is desperate and Killian calms him down, here it’s the other way around

Then the two of them working together against Bo Beep in Storybrooke was perfect, they just work together so well. They are best friends and act like brothers and this is great because those two kill me.

Emma called him “Dad” to his face and it killed me.. (Also the quip at the beginning about babies shows how much they have in common.)

Honestly? Hook can use a cellphone but Regina can’t? I want to give Regina the benefit of the doubt but come on give me a reason to root for you woman.. I was rooting for you in season 3 and now you’re back to it’s everyone’s fault but my own..

I’m side-eyeing her so much…no matter how much **** your life is you don’t do that to your kid..It’s selfish and abusive just when you think Regina is getting better she goes ten steps back.

Henry deserves much better and she can’t treat him like crap again..

Mama Mayor

She was perfect really… The way she handled things was great once she got the hang of everything..

I hated the “now I know why Regina was evil” comment bc again it’s taking away from Regina’s actual evilness and victim-blaming I know it was meant as a joke but it irked me…

– –

Frozen Swan

Honestly can we keep the frozen characters?? I love them too much to let them go… And Emma needs a friend who isn’t a family member or her boyfriend.

And Elsa is just so perfect for the role.. They are going through the same thing, they are both walls-up kind of people both have let their walls down for people (Anna and Killian) and those people became their anchors.. You guys mentioned Henry and Regina but her real anchor is Killian

“Dark Hollow she lights the candle after see in the shadow go after Killian”

“In Rumple’s vault she gets her magic back and Killian is right there”

“With Frosty he’s right there telling her she can do this”

Plus Elsa is one of the ONLY OUAT characters who is like “Yeah I saved her but I still hurt her too, so the thanks isn’t all that warranted..” Which is something I love and honestly Georgina is perfect as Elsa..

Their talk says soo much about both of them.. The fact that Emma still doesn’t quite believe she’s the savior and she’s trying to help Elsa and breaks through to her.. Elsa hates the fact that she’s hurt Emma.

“Aren’t you cold? I’m freezing.”
“It’s never bothered me.”

After all the cold never bothered her anyway…

– –

Charming (And Anna)

“It’s my grunge shepherd phase!”

I think it’s totally interesting and makes total sense that Anna knows how to sword fight.. I mean she grew up with basically no interaction with the world locked in their castle.. So obviously she would have learned to do lots of things.. And that just makes this all so great.. (And it answers the question how did Charming know how to sword fight against a dragon when he was a shepherd)

I do agree that Charming’s dad started drinking after he made the deal with Rumple

“He regretted the decision the moment that man took your brother” Is what Ruth tells David in the Shepherd back in season 1…

The situation with his father kills me because it’s such a real situation, I have friends whose fathers were drunks and it just hits home to how real of a character Charming has always been.. The fact that he wasn’t always this hopeful character for me makes it all better.. Because other than Killian and Emma, Charming has always been my favorite and this part of his story kills me and yet I love it..

He’s basically the poster boy for “Never Give Up” in the show and knowing how affected he was by his father and later by Anna just fills me with joy. And honestly it shows me how similar he and Emma are.

(That scene with him fighting the guards and Bo Beep was just perfect okay)

– –

Captain Swan

(Everything about them killed me..and yes I say that a lot but it’s true and I’m getting emotional just writing this down)

First scene:

“It’s what I would do.”

Killian Jones is everything and he’s not ashamed of being a pirate and this is reminding us this man is a master strategist and considering what happens in the ep seeing him loose his cool like that it was just wow.

Also I find it absolutely adorable that Killian considers dates all those times he was with Emma fighting monsters and dealing with a new crisis. Not only he tells her he loves spending time with her and doesn’t care about the drama but he wants more of them.He doesn’t ask for much. He settles with what she can give him and he’s okay with that because no matter what they are doing, whether if it’s fighting monsters or having a heart-felted talk outside granny’s. What matters to him is that they are together and I’m pretty sure she sees it and appreciates it a lot

Now for the emotional stuff:

Adam and Eddy have said 4A’s theme is “You don’t give up on the people you love” and throughout the episode we had not only Killian saying over and over “I’m not giving up, I’m not giving up” it ends with Charming saying “Our family doesn’t like to give up” and then the camera pans to Captain Swan cuddling and Killian looking at Emma with so much love in his eyes.. (Subtle they are not)

He desperately grabs the walkie because he needs to hear her voice..You know what hurts even more than his face when he was trying to get her out? He thought he was going to loose her the same way he lost Liam and Milah..and the difference is that they died in his arms, here he would be completely helpless to save Emma and she would die alone.. The first person he’s cared about in 300 years and he couldn’t help her.

I don’t know if you guys know this because I know you hate spoilers but back in 3×12 there was a hug that was filmed but never quite made the cut.. It wasn’t in the script apparently but that was always in our minds… This is the first time we can say we’re happy it was cut.. because this hug? This hug is EVERYTHING.. There are no words but it says a lot. Charming in a way pushes her up into Hook’s arms and Hook closes his eyes in relief as he tries to soothe her by stroking her hair. She keeps her eyes closed and soaks in the fact that he’s got her, that she’s safe. She cradles his head like her dad always does to her when they hug and then there’s his little smile as he lowers his mouth to her shoulder. She starts to fall and reaches for the ice because she’s so used to saving herself but Hook is like I’ve got you this time. I’m never letting you to, telling her it’s okay to trust him, to trust that he’ll save her when she can’t save herself. He carries her off and she snuggles into him.

The first shot of the loft then the light comes back is wonderful because it has Emma holding both of Killian and Henry’s hands..She was still trying to warm up, both Killian and Henry were holding her hands. Her boys….her TRUE LOVES…were on either side of her holding her hands and just being there for her. Also it has her father and her new friend behind her.. As an Emma fan this means a lot because she was a lost girl who had no one that cared for her and now she’s got an entire support system.

Her hand is on his head and he carries her out, he carries her home.. There’s hugging and hand-holding and forehead kisses and cuddling and it’s so beautiful. Her thumb strokes his sleeve just before he brushes her shoulder. She’s not looking at him, but she’s seeking comfort from him and comforting him at the same time. It’s so small and barely noticeable but it’s there and he responds. All this while staring at her, happy because she’s going to be okay and she’s in his arms when a few hours back he was worried he was going to loose her, that she was gonna die.

This is so important because when they are cuddling and they focus on the hands SHE’S the one that intertwines their fingers together. She’s the one initiating the contact and it’s beautiful because you see her walls are down with him.

Also: Gold called Emma Hook’s girlfriend and that made us extremely happy

– –

I just laugh because this episode just shut up all the haters arguments against Killian and CS

“He just cares about getting into her pants!” -> “I wouldn’t risk my life for someone I see as loot.”

“He makes all the decisions he’s a misogynist!” -> “Whatever we become it’s up to her as much as me.”

“Emma doesn’t care about him!” -> He’s the first person she calls to check out the situation, she hugs him after getting out of the ice, she is the one that doesn’t back away, she leans into him back at the loft, she intertwines their hands together

Also it shut up all the charmings haters that said that they can’t handle things on their own.. they managed to solve this without Regina or Rumple…

So yes I loved the episode hehehehe looking forward to hearing your thoughts! Hope you guys have a lovely week!

Love Maii

I know it’s late but my sisters and I was thinking the Snow Queen is interest in Emma and that she was part of Emma past when she was foster care Emma doesn’t remember we still trying workout how she was became in the real world that the Snow Queen will also have connection to Snow

Good Day Jeff and Colleen, I hope you’re both keeping warm in the studio. They don’t call it the frozen hills for nothing.

Here’s the list of things I learned this week in the episode, White Out.

1). There isn’t a “Sorry your
boyfriend’s wife time travelled
back from the past” gift basket.

2). The Storybrooke health
department needs to check Any
Given Sundae for unsanitary

3). Emma doesn’t drink and Sheriff.

4). Somebody needs to buy Regina a
smart phone for Christmas.

5). Hook is learning to become a
21st-century man but still prefers
paying with doubloons.

6). Sometimes mama has to get her
hands dirty.

7). Bo Peep was fleecing more than
just sheep.

8). Handcrafted tuscan wood
carvings are worthless during a

9). Regina’s attitude could have
developed because of ornery

10). David may be concealing a rock
scream deep inside his soul.

I tried to like Bo Peep but it just wasn’t happening for me. I know they tried to twist it and make her a villain but when I heard David say, “That is someone you don’t want to mess with. They call her Bo Peep”, I just laughed out loud. When you get made fun of at times for watching the show, talking to co workers about how Bo Peep is a powerful warlord doesn’t do you any favors. Maybe if there was a reason behind the name that made sense, it may have made a difference. I felt she was a very weak warlord with her army of two. In Storybrooke, I found it unbelievable that she has been in the Chop Shop for three seasons and hasn’t made any type of move, especially with the shepherds crook in her possession. If the crook was in Gold’s shop or broken, it would have made so
much more sense. How they introduced Zelena into the town last season was brilliant. I realize you need to extend your imagination when dealing with real life fairy tale characters but David beating both her guards only after one sword training session with Anna and then ending it with a MMA roundhouse kick was just too unrealistic, even for Once Upon A Time. On a positive note, I did like how the crook had magical abilities.

Was Emma really going to name the mission after a plant that killed Hook’s brother, was the reason Gold manipulated her mother into killing Cora and almost took the life of her father? How about operation heart crush then or operation marked palm or even operation enchanted candle. I think she should leave the nicknames names to Henry.

Although the scenes with Snow were very humorous, didn’t you find these three to be out of character? Happy is usually in good spirits. Grumpy has always been willing to stand by Snow and Charming’s side to do whatever it took, of course he would complain but never would just sit back and ask “what are you going to do about it”. Granny is a very independent woman and I could see her trying to turn the power on all by herself not complain to Snow who just had a baby. I would have rather had the deleted scene between Mary Margaret and Regina to explain the new mayor position.

Out of all the new character so far, Anna is most definitely my favorite. I love her humorous lines of dialog. Elizabeth Lail is doing an amazing job! While watching Frozen for the first time (in forever), I remember Anna being my favorite character and wondering why Elsa was more the fan favorite. Although Elsa may have reigned supreme in the movie, in the show, she may be the weakest. We still have lots of time for character growth though.

The most popular theory right now is that this new Snow Queen is Elsa’s real mother. I do like this theory but it also feels too easy, almost like they expect us to come to this conclusion. Is the line “I’m the only one with these powers” a foretelling? What if Elsa’s mom had a run in with this Queen who tried to freeze her heart but ended up freezing the baby in her womb instead. After this incident the Queen may have had her powers weakened as Elsa’s powers grew over time. Now, her ice power only grows the closer she comes in contact with Elsa. This would explain why she has never used her powers in Storybrooke before. The only way to grant her full control of her powers ‘once again’ is to eliminate Elsa, so she can be “The only one with these powers”.

Seeing how Elsa no longer has the necklace and the reaction Rumpel had when he realized it was taken, the idea that Anna is in the necklace seems like a pretty solid theory.

We know that Will Scarlet will be introduced to the show this Sunday. So I have a theory that would link the Snow Queen and Will together. I was one of the few people who enjoyed Once Upon A Time in Wonderland, especially the second half. In the episode To Catch A Thief, Will tells Alice a story about his sister Penelope, who was four year younger than he was. They had a lake by a cottage and in the winter it would freeze over so they would spend lots of time on the ice. One day, she fell through a thin piece of ice and died. Will never went into all the little details but I believe this new woman in Storybrooke may be Will’s sister and that her powers came from her near death experience with the icy waters. It would be a ‘cool’ way to add Will to the story and sync up Wonderland with Once Upon A Time.

Did someone kill David’s father and make it look like an accident? He may have visited a tavern but that doesn’t mean he drank on that 14th day. Would Anna still have come to Rumpel if David’s father was still alive? Rumpel’s plan to get back Bae back was very complex and involved many people, all being at the right place, at the right time. Maybe David’s father is not really dead.

Little Bo Peep has branded her sheep. And knows just where to find them.

She’s never alone, when visiting their home.
Bringing guards with swords beside them.

Have a great show!

Tonight’s episode is written by Jane Espenson

Until we are together, no one leaves this town

Frozen Wall around Storybrooke. It’s like a frozen barrier spell. It’s like Zelena’s green dome over Regina’s castle. Can they go under Storybrooke to escape? Did Elsa run the wall around the water’s edge? Remember Ariel could get around the barrier spell, too? Could they get out via the mines?

David, from Rock of Ages.

Kristoff knew David.

Joan, a shout out to the painting Anna referred to in the animated feature.

Bo Peep.

Sheep mobile?

Emma likes peanut butter! Yes!

How to get over a breakup – Chocolate, DVDs, ice cream, red wine.

Warning crow (Raven) with a message. Note: Snow seemed to have a connection with birds, but not all animals like in the animated feature. There was a Raven in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in the Witches laboratory, but the Raven seems to be more like the Raven in Sleeping Beauty. The last time we’ve seen a bird carrying a message was a carrier pigeon (7:15AM).

Emma’s wearing a tan leather jacket and wearing a radio. Remember the radio she shared with Henry.

She doesn’t want to see me.

Ice wall shut down the power in Storybrooke.

Sheriff Charming is getting calls from all over. I wondered if Miss Ginger called, too.

Bo Peep (One shepherd meets another shepherd) took classes on extortion from Rumpelstiltskin. BP’s magic is similar to Rumpel’s Dark One magic. Is her Shepherd Crook or stick like the dagger? Work off your debts like slaves.

Don’t give up.

Surviving isn’t living.

David finally talked about his Father. His parents fought a lot, about his drinking. Like Zelena’s father.

What if Hans found the letter Elsa and Anna mother wrote about original Snow Queen?

My theories is we will found out who originally own the sorceress’s hat but we will also found out it will now belong to Henry because he has the heart of truest believer

Dan from Boston

Welcome back Jeff and Colleen!! Good to hear you two at it “Once” again!!

Loved the opening episode, and I had a few thoughts to share with you.

(1) Funny, Jeff, that you thought Grumpy was Han Solo from a line of dialogue. I thought of him for a different reason. . . . . both characters were at some point “frozen” (ice, and carbonite!!).

(2) Yeah, you’re right, “pimp w/o a limp” dropping the needle, instead of spinning straw into gold, he’s now spinning records!! BTW, Colleen, my kids thought of Mary Poppins as well with the snapping of the fingers! Had a question about that scene, was that the first time on the show that a music theme was directly lifted from the animated movie? I don’t remember hearing “You can fly” when Henry and Pan flew, or “When you wish upon a star” before “Blue” descends to grant a wish.

(3) Also from the Rum/Belle scene, Mr. Gold was as smooth as a certain Star Wars character, “Well what have we HERE?? I’m Lando Calrissian, administrator of this facility, and who might YOU be?” 🙂 He even had on the blue to match Lando’s cape. All he needed was a little splash of Colt 45. . . . . “Works every time. .. .!!!” Certainly a far cry from Salacious Crumb from last season, eh Jeff?

(4) Finally, the wizard’s hat is definitely from Sorcerer’s Apprentice!! Between the gold pale it came from, to the stars/galaxies, right down to the background music that was played, “dum dum. . . . . .dum dee dee dum.. . . . dum dum….. . .dum dee dee dum. . . .dumm”. The only Star Wars question I have is this, is Gold “the master, or the apprentice” of that hat? (Funny thought, Gold as Mickey Mouse!!).

That’s all for now! Can’t wait to go though this new season with you two! If the first half of it is Frozen themed, does this mean we’ll have a Christmas/”holiday” special (oooo, yet ANOTHER S.W. theme, HOLIDAY SPECIAL???). We’ll see!

Peace to you Jeff and Colleen!

Even though it felt like you both never left because of the continuation of Disney Once Again, it’s still great to have the return of the Once Upon A Time Fan podcast. This first episode was excellent and with a new season begins the things I learned in A Tale of Two Sisters.

1). The Storybrooke Beautification Society is the group who gets stuck cleaning up all the messes.

2). David’s amnesia seems to resurface only when Regina’s character is in question.

3). No beer is worth having Sleepy as your designated driver.

4). When you have a sister, you’re never alone.

5). Sydney cannot escape being held captive no matter what realm he is in. Genie to Mirror to Prison to Mirror

6). Rumpel may have taught “The Fonz” his cool moves.

7). Streaming movies is now available in Storybrooke.

8). Never make an enemy with a man who has 12 angry brothers.

9). The laughing gargoyle has been vandalized.

10). The town needs a new radio station……………hmmmmmm

I had sympathy for Regina in this episode and wasn’t disappointed like I have been in the past. I understand that Robin was doing the honorable thing and that she was desperate to get her true love back. This is the real trial and although she speaks of going back in time and killing Marian, seeing herself through the mirror, sentencing an innocent woman to death while being called a monster, seemed to have had an effect on her. She told Emma that’s the person I was, not who I am. We all get to a point where we say things in the heat of the moment but then change our minds once we’ve reflected on it.

I also agreed with her decision to find the books author. First of all, because we have ALL been asking the question, “who wrote the book”, since the beginning and secondly, why should villains always be written to never have a happy ending? If Regina is right, the book may be keeping her from happiness no matter how much she tries to change. It keeps throwing situations at her to get her back on the villain path. So I’m all in for her quest to find the author and I don’t feel this is coming from a villainess standpoint but if there is maliciousness behind her actions, I feel this experience will change her for the better. Also when villains do get their “evil” happy endings, they’re never actually happy, think Welcome to Storybrooke. Giving them what they want, may actually reveal to themselves it’s not what they need. If the author of the book could see how much Regina has changed, maybe he can undo the force that’s keeping her from a real happy ending.

Anna has the same sentiment every Oncer has after a new secret is revealed, “We have one answer and more questions, that’s a start”.

Yen Sin’s hat is drawn with a design of a moon and stars in Disney films. The hat that Rumpel found had real stars and a solar system on it. The hat was also stored in a bucket that looked just like what the brooms were using in Fantasia. If it turns out to be Merlin instead, I feel this would be a real missed opportunity to use a character none of us were expecting ever to see.

The book having power and being immutable makes perfect sense. It explains how nothing was changed in present day except for the books additions in the finale. Somehow everything went back exactly the way it is was even after Hook and Emma made so many changes. It bothered me at first but this explanation reveals that the book was guiding the events to follow one path.

Rumple is now tempted with the hat after he vowed to Bae at his graveside to be a better man.
It’s almost as if something is guiding him to these temptations, maybe Regina was right about the books power.

I had the same thought as you Jeff while watching this episode. I also believe that Elsa may have been adopted and that her powers come from a woman with similar abilities, maybe a queen perhaps? Their parents said, “Anna and Elsa must know the truth, it is the only thing that will save them”. This indicates that both Elsa and Anna are in some type of danger. Whatever their parents went to Mist Haven for it appears they found information that puts their children at risk. If this other “Ice Queen” is somehow related to Elsa, she may come back to reclaim her. Another thought is, what if this queen gains power by draining ones who posses her similar ability?
Just like what Rumpelstiltskin did to the Seer. Who knows, maybe Rumple wanted her power and that’s why she was in the urn. So many possibilities!

My theory and hope is that Sorcerer Master Yen Sid wrote the book. Only a powerful sorcerer could make a book that doesn’t change even when the timeline has been altered. It makes sense that the person who wrote the book would be someone that was modeled after such a influential storyteller as Walt Disney. If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t even know half of the beloved characters that we do today. Sure the stories were around already but Walt brought them to life and filled our hearts with precious memories. Merlin has been done before so please give us something fresh and new!

Could Rumple be playing the part of the apprentice and if so, will he need Yen Sid to clean up his mess?

How did Marion really die and will fate try and reclaim her life?If it wasn’t for Regina, Marshmallow would have crushed her.

Were Anna and Elsa’s parents coming back from seeing Yen Sid when their ship sank and did he happen to tell them about how their children were in danger?

Was the inanimate stone troll in Storybrooke Pabbie? Who do we know that has that kind of magic?

When Marshmallow goes to “water the flowers”, is the snow leftover yellow or white?

That’s it for now, have a great podcast!

10 Ways that YOU can help keep Once Upon a Time on TV!

Here are 10 Ways the YOU can help Once Upon a Time on TV!

1. Watch Once Upon a Time. Whether you watch Once Upon a Time live, DVR it and watch it later, watch it on, Hulu, etc, all of these legal ways to count views are being incorporated into the Neilson ratings. So however you legally watch Once Upon a Time, know that it matters to ABC and it will help when shows are reviewed for cancellation or extension.

2. Purchase Once Upon a Time in some form. Whether it’s on DVDs, BluRays, on iTunes, etc, money still speaks volumes to keep a show around for years to come.

3. Show that you are watching Once Upon a Time on Social Media. Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, etc) is being watched by more and more people everyday. Tweet or Update your Facebook status that you are watching Once Upon a Time. You should even include friends on your Tweet and Status to make watching a group event. Also, don’t forget that ABC is watching Social Media, too. As much as you enjoy Once Upon a Time, let it show on Social Media.

4. Listen to a Once Upon a Time podcast (or two). Podcasts have been around for many years, but some people are finally discovering them. Podcasts are a great way to get more info about Once Upon a Time than just watching it yourself. We recommend the Once Upon a Time Fan Podcast (, but there are many other OUAT podcasts to be found on iTunes. As you listen to a OUAT podcast, be a great listener and interact with the hosts, spread the word and invite others to listen, too. You can even leave reviews on iTunes which will help advance their ranking and make it easier for others to find the podcast, as well.

5. Join a Once Upon a Time group on Facebook (Ours is here, btw). Facebook groups are becoming a new place to learn about and interact about TV shows like Once Upon a Time. Join and participate in the discussions about the show.

6. Interact with the Once Upon a Time Producers and actors on Twitter. We are very lucky to have the ability now to interact with those who you rarely could in days past. Please be respectful and understand that discussing and asking about spoilers is discouraged, but the OUAT crew and actors always enjoy your positive encouragement about the show that they work very hard to bring to the fans.

7. Wear your Once Upon a Time fandom. Whether it’s a button from a podcast, a shirt, or a cosplay costume of your own invention, wear your love for Once Upon a Time. When people ask why you bought a red leather jacket, you can tell them all about Emma and her adventures in Once Upon a Time.

8. Meet the cast or Producers of Once Upon a Time. More and more, the cast and producers are attending more and more conventions all over the world. You can attend one of these conventions or expos and have the opportunity to meet, get a picture and/or autograph with someone associated with Once Upon a Time. If you are able, you can travel to Steveston, B.C. to hopefully watch OUAT being filmed and maybe get a chance to meet one of the stars for a picture or autograph. Note: With much of the filming happening on studio stages or in remote forested areas in Vancouver, it is a very rare that you will get to see filming, but if you do, it is a magical thing.

9. Introduce others to Once Upon a Time. Whether it’s family or friends, you can always share your love of Once Upon a Time with someone new. Once of the fun things about adopting a new #Oncer is to re-experience the twists and turns of the OUAT story through someone’s new eyes. You may even learn something new from their perspective.

10. Let Once Upon a Time inspire you. Art should not only be something you admire, but it can expose art or new talents in you. Does OUAT inspire you to do something creative? Do you write, draw, act, do makeup, create costumes? However long OUAT lasts on TV, let it be a jumping off point for you and your creativeness. Try you creative ventures, stick with what you excel at, practice, practice, practice, and how knows, one day you may work with or for one of the crew or cast of Once Upon a Time. That’s a dream worth working toward.
