Regina’s hatred for Snow began when She told young Snow a very important secret
. It was about loving another man, that was not Snow’s father but Daniel the stable Boy.

But young Snow White did not keep her promise, it caused Daniel to be killed by Cora, Regina’s mother.
Regina asked Snow for a ‘Parley’ where they have a meeting without any weapons. Regina choose the same spot where it began, the same spot she had rescued Snow from the runaway horse when she was twelve years old.
”I take that apple and he lives. That’s the deal you want to make?”
”With all my heart.”
