Now, whether these are magical plants, or that Evil Queen’s and Guardians of Lake Gnostos just have power over them is still debatable. Here is a list of plants that have been controlled by some kind of power:
In Episode 2 (The Thing You Love Most), the Evil Queen threatens “those with the darkest souls” with this creepy vine (thorny vine ala Sleeping Beauty?)
In Episode 9 (True North), the Evil Queen uses a smaller version (possibly) of these vines to grab Hansel and Gretal
In Episode 13 (What Happened to Frederick), the Guardian of Lake Gnostos commands an underwater vine to grab onto Prince Charming and pull him farther underwater. It is interesting to note that once PC killed the Guardian, the vine let him go
I wonder what other magical plants we will see as the awesome Once Upon a Time story continues to unfolds. What do you think?
“Hey Mr Gnome,
Who is the most frequent visitor to Regina and Henry’s house?” Mandy from Florida
Gnome– Hi Mandy, Well I can’t see all that well, but the most frequent visitors would be;
– The tenacious vinyl window salesman (I’ll bet if his heart was in one of the heart vault drawers, he would have got the heart squeeze by now, but no such luck),
– The Pizza guy. He says he’s lost, but I think he’s trying to get Regina to go to prom with him,
– Sidney, dropping off Mary Margaret and David pictures,
– The neighbors coming over to tell her to turn off the Yoko Ono she keeps playing over and over,
– Two sneaky ladies (That look very much like Emma and Mary Margaret. Just sayin’) Toilet Paper Regina’s front yard,
– A lady used to come around to get a petition signed to tear down Regina’s (Very unsafe looking) Playground in the middle of the first. Note, I said the lady USED TO come around,
– Oh and there is one more person that I see alot, but I can’t say. Seriously, ABC has a clause I had to sign (and with my hands, that wasn’t easy). SO, I can’t say. Seriously, I can’t. Look, as scared as I am of Regina, I’m more scared of ABC’s lawyers. For reals.

The known world knows I am a Lost TV show fan, as well as a OUAT fan. I am embedding my favorite scene from Lost (Ben’s redemption from the episode “Dr. Linus”), but as I watched it again, I noticed something different.
The term “my power” in Ben’s admission of guilt regarding his child reminded me of a possible scene that we might see with Rumpelstiltskin toward the end of Once Upon a Time. Again, this is just a possibility.
What do you think?
