The breakout hit of this season is Once Upon A Time. Jennifer Morrison, who plays Emma Swan believed that from the moment she read the script. After playing Dr. Allison Cameron on House for 6 seasons, she never thought she would get the chance to be part of another magical and life-changing experience.
The Toronto Sun caught up with Jennifer and scored this read worthy interview.
Morrison thinks āTimeā has magicĀ
Jennifer Morrison didnāt need wizardry to deduce that her TV series Once Upon a Time had the potential to be a hit.
āI remember driving my car up to Vancouver (where Once Upon a Time is shot) and it was the weekend when the last Harry Potter movie was coming out,ā Morrison said. āAnd every time I went into a Starbucks, people were like, āAre you going to go see the new Harry Potter movie?ā
āAnd I thought, āIāve stopped in a lot of Starbucks, just on this drive. And every barista has asked me the same question.ā

There’s definitely a chill in the air on theĀ Once Upon a TimeĀ set. It’s hard to keep warm as a cold winter rain falls on a picturesque town square an hour from Vancouver that’s doubling for Storybrooke, Maine. But no weather, even in Canada, can match the cold contempt with which Storybrooke’s mayor, Regina (Lana Parrilla), treats constituent Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) in today’s scene at a town fair.

So, as we see newer technology saunter up next to rotary phones, cassette players and glass water coolers, we see the introduction of the first laptop (to my knowledge) in Storybrooke:
I hope we bypass the Zune, though. Just sayin’

Emma used one in the Mayor’s Office (Fruit of the Poisonous Tree) to get the scoop on Regina’s land deal:

Emma brought one with her. I guess they could all get together have a LAN party and play “Team Fortress Classic”.
