OUAT – What is written above the Mayor Mill’s doorway?

From the OUAT Fan Podcast Deputy Desk:

Magister Is written above the door frame of the Mayor’s Office.

This word has more then one meaning:

“The magister officiorum (Latin literally for “Master of Offices),”

this could be reference to the Mayor’s office being the ‘master of Offices in Storybrooke.

another definition of Magister is:

“a title of the Middle Ages, given to a person in authority,”

Regina is a person of Authority in Storybrooke, she is after all the Mayor. However, are there any other words hiding amongst Mayors office, are they clues or just random words? Have you spotted anymore?

OUAT – What do these strange keys from Regina’s office unlock? Update: Partially Answered

From the OUAT Fan Podcast Deputy Desk:

When Emma and Sydney are searching Regina’s office, they uncover a set of strange and almost fairy tale like set of keys in one of her drawers.

What do you think these keys unlock? Underground tunnels from her office to other places? What if there are tunnels that connect to the boarded up Library? Does Regina have another vault or another secret place to hide items from Fairy Tale Land? Or maybe they are just something to throw Emma off the track of discovering Regina’s secrets?

What do you think these keys are for?

Tell us what you think in the comments below.

— We have been alerted that at least one of the keys was used on a certain box. A box in Fairy Tale Land. A box in Fairy Tale Land that had two deadly asps in it:

Now, what do the rest of the keys open, Hmm?

OUAT – Listener Ken and his connections to Storybrooke

This podcast/blog has had many surprises, but this one was very unexpected. I launched out with my crazy idea about creating a Storybrooke/Steveston Main Street map, and I got an email from Ken who not only lived in Steveston, but began helping (still does, btw) me develop the information.

He is a great guy, and I always enjoy getting an email from him. One of the latest ones had some very interesting connections to Storybrooke/Fairy Tales, etc. I asked to share, and he agreed. Thanks, Ken. You rock, sir. 🙂

Listener Ken;

Lives in Steveston/Storybrooke,
Ken’s aunt lived in the building that is Mr. Gold’s Pawnbroker shop,
Adam Young, the young actor who played young Jiminy Cricket attends our neighbohood school (Link to a newspaper about it: http://www.richmondreview.com/news/134770463.html),
I went to school with Gabrielle Rose who played Prince Charming’s mother,
A few weeks ago while Ken was walking around in Steveston, a rare waterspout formed in nearby waters … did more fairy tale characters descend into town? …lol! Here is the newspaper article about it: http://www.richmondreview.com/news/137443208.html
Recently Ken found out one of our neighbor’s owns (but leases out) the Marine Garage property,
Ken has a 12 year old golden retriever named ‘Snowy’ … long story on the name.

This is Jeff, I’ll add one more, initially, Ken told me he was walking his dog (I will assume it was Snowy), and I believe turned a corner and almost walked into Jennifer Morrison. Ken, correct my errors in the story, but that’s how I remember what you told me.

Ken is another example of how this amazing “Once Upon a Time” TV Show has a magical way of drawing amazing people to this podcast/blog. Thank you Ken so, so much for everything.

OUAT – See the Location of David and Mary Margaret’s Kiss

Listener Ken in Steveston sent us a great way to see exactly where David and Mary Margaret kissed at the end of “7:15AM”:

To remind you of the location again;

It was to the right of Granny’s. Notice the green sign (which is blue in real life) and the stairs.

it is directly across the street from the Sotorybrooke bakery:

and there is that green dumpster there:

So, if you type in this address: 3711 Moncton Street Richmond BC into Google Maps: http://maps.google.com/, and you will get a view of the place they kissed with the ability to zoom in and move the view around to see other places, as well.

Ken added: “PS I was on the other side of the street watching when they were filming the scene where David took the coffee he bought at Granny’s out to the car for Katherine in last night’s episode.

One more thing …… “The Kiss’ happened right next to Granny’s Cafe. If you go to Google maps and type in 3711 Moncton Street Richmond BC and go to street view you can see the spot right behind the blue flowerbed boat.

The real lawyers’ sign had been replaced by the “Storybrooke Real Estate” sign. The lawyers office is upstairs to Granny’s building. You can see the ‘Law Office’ signage on the pillar leading to the stairs behind David’s left shoulder in the swirling kiss shot.”

Thanks again, Ken.
